We have to wait for days if RO is not working. Should we die of thirst until we get our RO repaired

I purchased a three year AMC but they are not servicing the product periodically. One of my service call is pending since March, 2024 but nobody attended. Even if someone attends call he do not change filter and other consumables. However, earlier when my product was not in AMC, they would insist for change of all consumables on one pretext or other. They have not given me any plan on one periodicity they will change consumables.
I had free service visits during my first year of water purifier purchase but the service guy had only visited once during the whole one year. I had raised service requests but was never fulfilled. I had even dropped emails to the customer care but they least bothered to respond. Regret to choose Livpure product over the others.
I had their Livepure glo pro ++ RO water purifier. After a year when warranty of purifier expired they came with a plan called Annual maintenance plan (ACMC) which is the biggest fraud they are doing. After purchasing their plan no one came to do the service of my Water purifier. I made numerous complaints to their customer care, wrote emails but they only gave sympathy not the solution. Still my hard earned money not refunded by these frauds. I strongly recommend to everyone that no one buy their any products otherwise you will face the same consequences that i am facing.
I have been using a Livpure Glo model. I purchased an amc last year. While selling the amc they came up with all sweet words promising the best service in the universe. I registered a service request which seems to be opened since eternity. I have not been contacted by anyone, no technician or service personnel seem to be available, that too not in a remote location but in a place like the NCR. Upon calling the customer service I am being told the same thing everyday that they apologise for the delay, my service request has been put on priority and even share numbers of area co ordinators and technicians. But no one calls me in the end. Upon calling the numbers that are provided, nobody really picks up the call. The same story repeats everyday I call customer service. I think Livpure deliberately wants my amc to lapse. This is outrageously pathetic service. I would never recommend anyone to use Livpure Service……
Livpure does not have well structured service in place , besides product flaws (observed during last 10months) Cust care - yet to be matured Service line staff - mostly unresponsive Sales - dynamic staff as far as I observed
