Livpure Smart

I have been complaining for 5 months that with a year subscription, my ro starts beeping every month. Every time some comes and to fix it and it again starts beeping the next month. Horrible service.

This is the very worst service and they are just there for sales. It’s been a month i am mailing and calling to them regarding the cancellation but no one is connecting. Once only connected the call but they are repeating the same thing only not trying to listen the concerns.Don’t ever trap in this worst app or service.Now this is high time i am going to complaint on consumer forum. Also my money is there that will be refunded to me after the cancellation. They all are fraud in this system.

Service boy and his presence is good. But livpure is bad

Worst service

I got call immediately I expressed interest and made me payment. But after that they was no response for 3 days and customer care was not helpful and very arrogant in response. On 4th day machine got delivered and installed but it is not working properly When complained to technician who installed asked to raise complain with customer care only Over all very disappointed services over all Kind regards Satish

Too high cost of water. Literally robbing people. 500/- for one month for two people. No choice but to pay and take. Useless
