Livpure water purifier app

I have received regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my Livepure water purifier, which was purchased on 11th November 2024. Despite purchasing the AMC and reaching out for support, I have yet to receive any follow-up or assistance from your Livepure team. The delay and lack of communication have resulted in a very poor experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Livepure.

I am extremely disappointed with LIVPURE and their deceptive business practices. I rented an RO from them, and they falsely claimed their machine would reduce the TDS in my society’s water to 100. Before installation, I explicitly informed their representative that our TDS levels were high, and he reassured me the RO would solve the issue. However, after installation, the TDS remained at 350! Now, when I’m simply trying to return the RO (and not even asking for the 3-month rental refund), they’re refusing to reimburse the security deposit I paid for the machine. Instead, they’re threatening that I’m locked into a 3-month contract and won’t get my deposit back. Legally, the security is against the machine, and if I return it, they have no right to withhold the amount. This is nothing short of blackmail and a clear attempt to deceive and exploit customers. I would highly caution anyone considering their services to stay away from LIVPURE. They don’t deliver on their promises and resort to unfair practices to hold your money hostage.

The worst service and they’re fraud, be very careful!!

Please don’t subscribe to them after subscribing for 1 year plan no control and no proper service they have not even ready to change filters even if the taste is bad and they wait until it’s worsen and I doubt our money is in vein

They have responded to service requests timely and the application is easy to use

These app people have started this business n forgot to run…. Worthless service… from last two years we are requesting them to change the login phone number as the old no. Is no more working … but these ppl hv not done it… they will also take the recharge money n send their service person after a weeks time to get the problem sorted…. Guys pay some extra money n buy own water purifier……

Terrible service experience. We paid for a three-month subscription, but it's been four days and there's been no installation or communication from them. Despite numerous attempts to contact their support team, we haven't received any response. Even reaching out on their WhatsApp number has yielded no reply
