Basically useless
Not sure why I even have the app downloaded anymore, but I guess part of it is that I racked up a bunch of loyalty points back when the app DID work, and now I haven’t been able to order at my restaurant for months. And the app isn’t even consistent with what the error is: sometimes ordering for the location is unavailable, other times only two food items are listed on the menu, other times I get all the way to the end of the process and the payment process flubs. I’ve sent messages to corporate contact emails and even their social medias but it’s apparent they don’t really care. Also new development: I can’t even order online through the desktop website anymore. It lists a single food item available for ordering. Really disappointed in L&L
