Crashes all the time on IP6 iOS12. Can't even authenticate after OS update...
Really great to be able to access business account via app. However I would like to request a couple of features which would enhance usability of the app more: My payments have to be approved by a second person and so when I make a payment I get an onscreen message saying they need to be approved but then there is no record of the transaction request and I’m having to record separately to track my payments. It would be helpful to see these as listed in the app as pending approval transactions. Currently for the person doing payment approvals, they have to log into the desktop version to do this. It would be very helpful to be able to do payment approvals from the app Many thanks for considering these requests.

I keep getting an error code 4864 telling me there has been a technical issue and can’t log in and to try again later, has been like this for months now. Lloyd’s bank are aware but haven’t rectified. Not ideal for a busy parent with a business account and have to use the card reader every time I log in as cannot access a simple app!
We’ve just moved over from Monzo and I’m regretting it already. It doesn’t show upcoming direct debits or incoming payments which would be really useful for forward planning. We’ll stick it out for now but seriously considering moving back.
I have to delete and re-download the app every week or so as it would just stop working. I think I’m going to take my business elsewhere, because this app frustrates me.
Just opened a business account. What a nonsense to log on. Card reader and all that stuff like back in the day. Really poor and backward. Don’t think I’ll be staying here too long. Any thoughts on a slick business banking app?

This is app is fine for most banking tasks. However the functionality for payments is not as good as Starling amongst others. A user cannot set up multiple payments to the same account. This is infuriating as I often what to schedule a number of payments of different amounts each month. I have to use Starling to do this instead and transfer the money across in a big batch. One of the only banks to not have this functionality I think. It’s also not possible to amend a scheduled payment once set up using the app. You have to use the desktop site. Again, this is really annoying. No one uses a desktop banking site. All in all it’s ok for most day to day functions but does need important improvements.
Like others, have to log out and back in again for each payment to be made. Used to allow multiple payments. Very annoying and time consuming now.
