The stuff send wrong color, wrong size clothing twice, only my first time they delivered the correct item. After that, I don’t know what’s in their head, definitely not a normal human beings brain.

It takes forever to load when you open the app. Often times it doesn’t even load.

LN-CC is a far cry from other online luxury retailers. My last two orders have had problems that have taken months and are still unresolved. The worst part is customer service is unresponsive to my inquiries for updates. Incredibly frustrating.

I was logged out of my account on the LN-CC app and whenever I try logging back in, it says “warning an error occurred” I can only login using the website And there is virtually zero app support.. the link provided just brings you to the FAQ

Do something to improve your APP

Can’t load the results after Filter. Overall is not working. Can’t view item page, therefore can’t make an informed decision to purchase.

Cannot login my account, so customer cannot do anything with the app…

registered on web but pages freeze all the time, so decided to try the app, can’t login for some reason. It creates a different account or something, with no name and details. All my saved items and cart was disappeared on app

Discounts get deep here and the selection is pretty strong. Gotta love it.
