It worked well for a month but after the live video doesn’t work, the tracking stopped and not sure why.

I have been a GM dealership Manager for 35 years and have used several devices like this but this is outstanding operation fair price good support😊

No communication, horrible customer service

This thing never works so disappointing

I don’t know about everybody else, but I really like my tracker. I think it has the 10,000 mA battery. I can charge it and forget it easily for a month. Very accurate tracking can set how fast it updates. I think I have-mine set at every 10 seconds.

DO NOT BUY! Non of the features work as advertised! No speeding, No geo-fence, no hard braking… It’s trash

The device was really plug and play. I brought a second one so I can switch out without interruption of tracking and it took a little bit for the second one to go online but I think because it was late and maybe no one was available to activate on the other end. Overall very satisfied, for me it paid for itself with a week x100😊👌

24/7 support means they will email you in the middle of the night if you’re in the US with a question about your question, so it takes several days if not weeks to resolve your problem. I have had no ability to access my camera for over a week and tech support app does not answer questions at all. I recommended this camera to a friend due to it performing well for awhile but as soon as he started an account within 2 days his service stopped as well and has had the same problems trying to get someone who can solve the issues. Will not be recommending to anyone else until tech support can efficiently help solve issues.

You pay for a product that is always off-line. For several days at a time.
