LNER4Business makes organising travel easier
I’ve rated 5 stars although based on the app alone I’d give 2 stars as there’s a lot of room for improvement with the app. Please note: you need an account with LNER4Business to use this app otherwise it won’t work. As a small business who isn’t big enough to warrant having their own corporate travel management LNER has made things easier for me. The best feature of LNER4Business is you get a monthly invoice of rail spend and a spreadsheet showing all the trips booked. This is so much easier than having to deal with receipts for individual journeys. You can book trips for anywhere in the UK (even sleepers and certain ferry services) so all rail spend can be booked here which simplifies processing expenses immensely. The booking interface is Evolvi which is the same as used by most of the big travel management companies. It’s not as user friendly as websites aimed at the general public but it is flexible and powerful. The LNER support team are very helpful if you need assistance.
