I think when items are added to the app, we should be advised how this works. I been put on that while having a medical issue and had to stay I. That area to get treatment After being cleared I send a message to remove me from that and they took me out of service

Great app love it

So the driver gets 5 minutes to accept. Dispatch takes another hour to POSSIBLY get the load. App lags terribly.
