Paid for this app years ago, now, since most recent update, it’s limited to 200 months making it useless as a mortgage calculator. Absolute abomination that it worked for years with 240, 360 or 480 months. Now it’s 200. Ridiculous.
But the ads…
The advertisements are tremendously obnoxious.

I’ve used this app for years, buying commercial property, and everytime I need to calculate a payment when buying or looking at a property, a stupid ad pops up, and stays on there for what seems like several mins , I wish I could just pay a fee and not have the stupid ads….
