My experience with loan tap is worst when ever I applied they give the pre approval and reject with their internal policies even though I have a existing loan running with loan tap and that should be on time payments as 98% but after applying they won’t reach to customer for the purpose simply they reject the application.
This is worst app every time they take your details and than after sometime they decline. It is like collecting your documents and do fraud in future

It is more than 4 days for me still not recived amount. All the documentation done , status showing approved but not getting amount in account , pathetic service and not getting response from the executive . Regret applying to this app

Hi Ian unable to foreclose my loan, sent mail many times, called customer care, very bad service.
Does they go to the residential address to verify ?
I availed loan in werize last year of 1lk, till now I’ve not bounced a single emi. As my auto debit account had issues I’m making payment every month 3 days prior to my due date and sharing the screenshot to the representatives without fail. But after 4-5 days from my due date representatives will start messaging me for bounce charges and also some agency people threatened me to come near my house. Not even a single person helped me to solve this issue and I still wonder how this could be effecting my cibil. I would never approach for loan to this finance again.
I am trying to preclose my loan. They have sent me the virtual account details to transfer the balance but it keeps returning back to me with tue reason “account does not exist”. Even after multiple mails noone is bothered to reply. Customer care number never gets connected
