I needs to cover entire Pakistan…

Aside from the app itself being app, their service is horrible. They will always try to find a way to charge you more than the days you had the service. We paid for housekeeping and the housekeeper ended up taking a break for over 3 weeks. We were never reimbursed for it. They will also never believe the customer or admit fault in any way. Their contracts are very vaguely worded. If u actually like one of the workers’ service, all likelihood is that LGT will simply take that person away from u within weeks and give you a new one. Horrible, horrible company with no sense of professionalism or care for their customers. Could not recommend it less. They also underpay their employees (they have over 60-70% profit margin per employee).

Extremely unethical and unresponsive staff. They keep dodging with the duty roasters or sending new staff every time, once you book them. I’ve booked housekeeping multiple times and have always had trouble with them. Usually they send untrained staff

The carpenter kept delaying his availability. When he finally came. He told me he will charge 3k over what the app had written down in description. This was just bathroom door installation i am talking about.

Had a very good experience with LGT. Hired an electrician from their App with just few clicks. Very professional service provided by the electrician. 5 stars for the service and App.

Ordered a carpenter … they came to visit and gave a very unreasonable quote for a minimal 2 day job … same was outsourced to a local vendor which was done in half the price … not recommended!
