Locklizard Safeguard Viewer

The first, original installation worked fine, the problems started when I changed my PC. I successfully jumped through many hoops to uninstall the license from my old computer but couldn’t get the license to work on my new computer. I didn’t really understand why and Locklizard say ‘they don’t directly support the end user’ and point you in the direction of hard to follow technical pages for you to read. They have definitely succeeded in creating a secure document as I can no longer get into it.

Really poorly designed app. Notes on documents are blocky and limited. Undo function generally clears all notes and you have to start again. The worst part is no support for split screen. Trying to write own notes in another App whilst reading a PDC document is impossible. APP is so restrictive.

Can’t download or confirm anything, app screen blank and help instructions scant

Installed this to access NEC Contracts I had purchased. Managed to get the licence to work. But then iOS doesn't give the option to open the download (of the document itself, from the NEC site) in the app - presumably because it is a zip file. The long and short, I can't look at NEC stuff using the app, hence it is completely useless.

Been waiting for this for a long time, it works brilliantly!

L’applicazione è necessaria a visualizzare certi tipi di PDF bloccati, quindi la sua funzione è quella di sbloccare il PDF e fin qui ci siamo (forse). Al giorno d’oggi le app per leggere PDF presentano evidenziatori, note, ecc. infatti anche in questa è presente UN evidenziatore (sì, di un solo colore) il quale però, una volta chiuso e riaperto il PDF, è come se non fosse mai stato utilizzato, tutto sparito. Cari sviluppatori, un’applicazione così mediocre me la può fare un qualunque ragazzino di 18 anni che abbia un diploma di tecnico informatico… spero che col tempo vengano apportati aggiornamenti ma ho seri dubbi.

App di utilizzo poco pratico, priva di contenuti. Non è possibile sottolineare, evidenziare o scrivere semplicemente sulle pagine di un manuale poiché alla fine se cancelli, cancella tutto il lavoro fatto. Do una stella perché 0 non si possono dare.

Software scarso di strumenti, grafica fin troppo basica, le sottolineature degli eBook spariscono come per magia. Studiarci é impossibile.

Lo definiscono un lettore di pdf protetti ma la verità è che è un lettore creato apposta per i file PDC. È reso difficile studiarci perché prendere e inserire note è ridotto ai minimi. Sembra fatto solo per leggere. Quando ci sono corsi da più di 500 pagine mi aspetto di poter prendere qualche nota e poterle trovare facilmente altrimenti a cosa serve il digitale se non per fare le tasche grosse all’autore del testo a scapito del vero apprendimento?
