i cant accept the invite from my partner and he cant accept mine either. when we press the link it leads us to the app store of the locketsmith app

my partner didnt even received my messages on his lockscreen. He has to open up the app then it will pop up on the screen. Lol 👎🏻

I used to use this app a a lot two years ago and I want to start it again, but I can’t because it doesn’t recognize my number

When I got on the app, it told me to put my phone number in so I did it, but it never loaded through. There was just a loading symbol and then it would go away.

Phone number didn’t work and it’s right I already checked

I downloaded this app a while ago but whenever I put in the phone number it would glitch and not let me use the app. It has not worked at all even after deleting and re installing. I did write a email but the team never got back to me or fixed the bug.

Now it asks me for my number and then does absolutely nothing

I have tried everything including downloading a text now app and using that phone number. I don’t understand how this worked for my sister but it is not working for me. Every time I click the help buttons and try to leave a email it says that it can’t go through.
