Loddon Cars Reading Taxis

Downloaded app, made booking, booking confirmed and ride scheduled. Phoned up when the car hadn’t showed after allowing 10 minutes and tracking the vehicle to be told it would be 10 - 15 minutes longer because I booked on the app. I was told I should of called. So pointless then.

Ordered through the App. Taxi didn’t pick up. Phoned taxi company who said someone was close by and would pick up next. They never did. Phoned to cancel , they didn’t seem bothered. I don’t think a taxi was ever on the way. I’d avoid using this app.

The app is very hit and miss. Once you add a location as home or work, you can easily book between them. But trying to search for destinations is really tricky. The search functionality is not good.
