A little buggy, needs some work
My unread message notifications are not syncing properly. Any time I get a new message from Airbnb, all my messages in Lodgify become “Unread” again. I have to open them all to “read” them every time. Very annoying.

Just forced an update and now I have no calendar view; uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but nothing. Congratulations on making the app not only non-user friendly but un-usable NOW.
I love this app and its many enhancements. It’s quick, responsive and I’m able to use it for most tasks I previously had to go to the website version for. Great to have and be able to manage my properties while on my phone away from home. You can tell the time and thought that has gone into making this as user friendly as possible. And the support is outstanding! The Product Manager and her team are refreshingly responsive. Can’t wait to see what future enhancements are in store!

We manage 25 properties with Lodgify and everything is wonderful. Great website, great processes and the app is incredible!
If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would. Takes 2 weeks to even schedule an onboarding call but you’re still paying from day 1. Syncing issues every other day which then lead to a loss of business. Vrbo doesn’t even show your listings when you sync with lodging. Customer service is terrible. Just stay away.
I just downloaded the app and immediately sent to a page that says “welcome back” and requires sign-on credentials even though I am a new user (no option to create an account). I tried using my email to request a password change, but the information doesn’t show up in my email. So I can’t even get started to give any kind of rating.
I’ve been a paid subscriber for 6 months. I’ve had issues with my connection to VRBO and have tried multiple times to get support and it hasn’t been resolved. Very frustrating. I will be looking for a replacement channel manager
A channel manager, such as Lodgify is an essential part of any short term, rental business. We’re glad that we have Lodgify as ours, initially chosen because friends, who are our mentors, used it. We truly appreciate all of the enhancements improvements that have brought the app functionality and workflow closer to that available on a laptop. This is becoming more important as everyone expects quick responsiveness even from small businesses such as ours that do not have a 24/7 team. With the app, we have most of the key functionality available at my fingertips anytime anywhere. It has become much easier to integrate Lodgify with channels, and with other external software, such as beyond, which is our pricing tool. With API integration provided directly within Lodgify, users can quickly integrate a new channel or new external software without having to rely on another team doing the integration for you. Lodgify’s features have continued to improve, with their calendar display being particularly notable, because so much information is now so quickly available at a glance, which is what owners need from there channel manager. Lodgify has increased pace of improvements, establishing a rigorous beta improvement process via the TestFlight app, which allows me along with other users to provide detailed feedback on issues, new features that are being implemented, along with privatization of potential or planned upgrades. This helps the software team quickly understand what is needed from a user rather than developer perspective, and it is led to a notable overall improvement in the Lodgify app, which I appreciate it. I can’t wait till some additional improvements are made and channel integration so that I can happily give five stars for the Lodgify app.
