Log all of your flight data with Logbook.aero - aircraft, airfields, flight times, crew, passengers.
Live record your flight from the app - auto-airfield detection, flight time calculation, GPS log creation and adding the flight to your logbook.

Electronic signatures - your instructor/examiner can endorse flight entries.

Download a PDF of your logbook for licence applications, examinations, job applications. Available in EASA FCL.050, FAA, UK PPL, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa formats.
Licences tracking:
Add your licences, ratings, currencies and medicals to Logbook.aero. Track your licences immediately, and receive automatic notifications in advance of expirations.
Secure cloud storage
All of your data is stored in the cloud, and available instantly across your devices (mobile, tablet, browser) without any need for synching. Auto-backup your data to Dropbox, Google Drive or by email (available via the website - coming soon to the app).

Deleted over 1 year of data
The logbook has deleted over 1 year of data, now requiring me to go back through and re-enter the intermediary landings. Contacted support, no response.
Requires iOS13
What a shame that such a simple app no longer supports older iOS devices which cannot be upgraded to the latest release. I can connect to my Avidyne IFD, I can run SkyDemon, but I can’t log my flight afterwards.
Good product from a helpful developer
I have been using Logbook.aero for a while. It’s very useable, and the developer is super helpful when you get started and if you hit issues. Versatile options for recording flights with a good dashboard to check on currency, licence ratings etc. Web based and apps.
Great product
I love this app and use it alongside my paper logbook. It’s very handy for the reporting side, as well as the requirements to stay current. I had a couple of issues with decimal conversions and spoke to the developer who resolved them within hours. I can’t fault the app and will renew yearly.
The software is excellent. The service is exceptional
My paper logbook is a mess. Logbook.aero has transformed it. From the ease of importing my entries via a backup spreadsheet I had to the simplicity of making new entries and calculation automation, this application is well designed and just works. What truly sets it apart is the service. I have had a few queries and on each occasion received replies within a couple of hours that were detailed and helpful. This software is an indispensable part of my flying.
I only use this
...but somehow it keeps disabling biometrics login time to time and that’s really annoying. Otherwise great app and website.
Potential
Not there yet but great potential to live upto the website which is feature packed.
Getting there, almost
Buggy, still. Can’t deal with biometric security, it keeps turning itself off. Lots of features saying they will be improved but hardly ever happens. The web page is good but the app leaves a lot to be desired currently.

A lot of potential as a log book as it should be. But very buggy hence needs refining before it is worth any use. Will support it & hope the developers debug & refine the app.
