Logi Circle Security Camera

I know these cameras are getting older and the app support doesn’t exist now as the last update was 2 yrs ago. Still we all purchased the product therefore we should be given full speed access to the camera servers. Right now If I move between the 4 cameras (that still are working) I am either connected immediately or it takes a good 30-45 second to load or show a live feed. If Logitech no longer support these cameras then tell us about shutting the camera servers down rather than keeping a once great product in service. Seriously Logitech of late has fallen off a cliff with my ‘go to’ product. Nearly everything has failed now.

App not working on devices that apple won’t release iOS updates for. Forcing you to upgrade perfectly good devices.

Round and round in circles. Sign in back to app then sign in round and round not remotely fit for purpose

Doesn’t connect to anything already paired or not. Sign in process is terrible and you jump between the app and website constantly. Shame it won’t let me give zero stars.

03/05/23 update. There was a power outage in my area so the camera was offline. Again with the issue with trying to reconnect the camera. When you try to connect the camera it’s supposed to make a sound but it doesn’t. Therefore the below happens. The camera was working until now. I had a notification on my iPhone & watch that the camera is offline. I rebooted my phone, Wi-Fi, watch, HomeKit and the camera it’s self. I’ve even deleted the app and re-download it. When it connects to the camera, I go to connect to Wi-Fi and to choose a network it has a little Green circle at the end of the network name line. It’s supposed to show the Wi-Fi names available but nothing comes up and it’s just the Green circle going round! I’ve typed in the network name and password, then pressed the connect button & nothing happens! Just the same thing with the Green circle. So I removed the camera to start again and the same thing happened with trying to connect to Wi-Fi. I’ve gone into the Wi-Fi settings on my phone, found Logi camera and tried to connect that way. When it says it’s trying to join the network it comes up with the error “an unexpected error occurred. Try again”! Why is it always so hard to reconnect the camera if it has been offline?!

I just bought a Circle View as I own a Circle and Circle 2. I needed another camera and the View is the only one the sell now. However, you can’t add it in this app, only Apple Home. That works but only one person can see it unless you buy a HomePod or Apple TV. This is dumb, the other cameras works without a hub and this one costs more and now I have to spend additional £100-£300 to get it working. I don't even want a HomePod because the house is full of Sonos. Why can’t they just let me add it to the app?

Won’t come next to the WiFi network. Such an unreliable firmware on this item. Avoid at all costs.

This software must of been developed by monkeys. Like the camera that spends most of its time not responding. This software does not work with it own hardware. Logitech should keep to keyboards and mice.

The camera is good. The app is appalling. Constant updates only make things worse. Recently, only 1 device can sign in to the camera, when my partner tries to sign in, we are treated with a ‘wrong email/password’ message. When the system updates and we need to log back in, the same thing happens. We are now using a new password every month as it’s the only way of logging in, but only 1 device at a time still

Hopeless App. Can’t even open it anymore…
