Wen I call it hangs up a lot I don’t get connected but it still take minutes away I’ve been using this app for over 3 years and it’s never been fixed it’s becoming annoying and a waste of money

I was having problems with my phone connecting to my tracker. I received a message that said to download the new version. I did that and now I find out that the new version has a chip I have to buy before I can call the tracker . I am very disappointed in this and I will be deleting this app and disconnecting the tracker . I originally paid for a tracker that I could connect to when I called it. I think this is a messed up way of upgrading by not having the calls connecting and the throwing a fee for upgrades . Bad business on your part.

When will the update happen? It doesn’t track real time like it used too!

It lets me know when battery needs to be charged . Once charged last a long time between recharging . Lots of options about notification frequency . It’s does what I wanted . No complaints

I really like the GPS THE AUDIO PART IS WONDERFUL

Easy to sync and install to receive accurate and timely GPS information. Highly recommend.

I’ve enjoyed this app with live tracking now for three years. Works great for monitoring my newly licensed sons (especially like last night where I can see just where the heck he went at 1:00 am without telling me!). I would buy a second tracker for my other sons, but can’t seem to figure out how to get the same price and type of tracker (I use one that connects to the car’s ODBII port). Hope to continue with this company and maintain the same pricing.
