You keep billing me after I reached out to your support before the billing renewal to date !! to date you owe me 80$ because you refuse to take me off your billing cycle while apple takes their sweet time. In response to your comment - No thats not true cause I have a email communication between myself and a member of your team promising to cancel which you didnt and for that reason you guys deserve the 1 star for causing me to babysit you, apple refunded me everything after putting in a complaint because they can clearly see that you kept me on the billing cycle. Dont buy this product anyone unless you want to babysit your credit card.
Don't Buy the AI Generator
I just purchased the AI generator subscription in the app and it is absolutely terrible. What a total waste of money. I want a refund but cannot find that option. Disgusted at myself for not trying it first. The logo generator is okay but definitely not the AI.
Freezing
No problems making a logo, saving it is a different story. The app freezes 99% of the time. It used to be good but this is a headache

great free program with limited options to make a 5 minute logo. more shape options would be nice. This is a select and go program, no options for personal creativity.

Belle appli, gratuite 3 jours. Ce qui est amplement de temps pour créer qqc d'efficace. Mais incapable de fermer le programme apres avoir exporter le logo, je dois supprimer l'application absolument sinon impossible de faire quoi que se soit.
