If a plan is canceled you will be able to continue to use our services until the end of the current billing cycle. Any unused portion of the current billing cycle will not be refunded. To switch your payment plan please follow the steps at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204939. To cancel your payment plan please follow the steps at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Users are welcome to come back and renew their license at any time. We do not collect user billing information when in-app purchases or subscription purchases are made. All transactions are handled through the user’s iTunes account and is managed by Apple, Inc.

I could not even get on the app unless you pay for extra - I was really disappointed as I thought I didn’t have to pay
Cancelling subscription and getting refund
Hiya, my son has accidentally brought a year’s subscription of this app which has cost me £40! He’s 2 years old. Am I able to please cancel my subscription and get my money back if possible? Really is money I could do with at this time. Thanks.

Uygulamayı çok sevdim . Oldukça kullanışlı . Ama bazı resimler yetersiz örneğin meslek gruplarının makineleri de olmalıydı . Mesela Terziler için dikiş makinesi, tamirciler için tamirat aletleri buna rağmen işimi kolaylıkla hallettim .
Disappointed
Looked to be a lovely ap but its rubbish. Very little choice of designs and what you can do .
It doesn’t work
Whenever i try to open the app it comes up with a subscription message on the screen and no way to get it off.
Why
It is a good app but why do you have to pay just why please make it free like it was before
Lovely idea…
This app is a lovely idea, sadly there is not enough on it to warrant to cost. There is not even an image of a dog, let alone anything more specific that you may be looking for. It took Me a while to work out how to use it, mostly I managed it because there isn’t much there to choose from. It really is a lovely and attractive idea, but it seems like they stopped half way. There is also no way to contact anyone, I wanted to cancel my subscription, well within the normal 14 days, (it takes me More that 3 days to work out if something is going to work for me), but there is no option to contact anyone other to send them a note on the possible improvements you would like.
Not satisfied
I had previously had this app and did not need to pay to use the app and now I have to and I’m not able to design my small business logo as I can’t afford it
