London City Airport: Flights

It looks like the app has been abandoned now. It only shows dodgy adverts and only contains an out of date airport map. No flight information or any other information. Buttons don’t work. Such a shame.

Gate info was displayed for every other flight but the one I was getting, so I decided to check the actual screen in the airport - it said final call at gate 2b. No gate info on app for some reason so I almost missed my flight! No point in using this app if it doesn’t keep updated info for all flights, not to mention it’s just poorly made with a very primitive UI.

Having been in this business for over 20 years, relied on apps to improve my service to customers, this app can be equated to a chocolate teapot. Just navigating the app shows lack of thought of what people need. Forget the airport map, not up to date and does not show what you need upon arrival at LCY, THE INTERIOR LAYOUT! The developer obviously did not bother to look at other airport apps, such as BAA Heathrow or LGW. These may not be perfect, but streets ahead of this

Not sure if this is the app or their link to the airport, but I'm sitting in LCY right now and half of the flights are delayed, but this isn't reflected in the app. It just shows their scheduled departures.
