Building a portfolio is easy and you can currently choose from a vast range of opportunities across the UK.
Each month you can earn a dividend from the rental income of each property based on your share.
Track the performance of your investments including latest valuation, income earned to date and total return.
Selling is simple. List your shares for sale to other investors at any time on our resale market.
Push notifications will help you stay up to date with the latest new and featured properties news, market updates and research, and London House Exchange news.
The app also lets you use biometric authentication to add extra security and make log in easier.
Investing in property used to be headache. Not anymore. Gone are the days of paperwork, solicitors, and broken boilers. We take care of it all so you don’t have to, with the added benefit of deep industry knowledge, large-scale efficiency, and the buying power of thousands of investors.
Our in-house property team assess thousands of properties each month. We select the best properties to offer our investors. Each property goes through a funding cycle and, if fully funded, is then added to our Resale Market allowing investors to trade their shares, or hold for the longer term.
Premium services are available for those clients looking to invest over £25,000. These include early access to new properties, a personal relationship manager and access to exclusive portfolio products. Please get in touch if you are interested in finding out more.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up. A lazy wrapper around the website. The website footer, cookie notices and referral banners are all present and correct. And force pressing on a property kicks you straight out to Safari. Yes, this adds Touch/FaceID support, but you already get that from the Safari keychain. This, combined with the ever-worsening terms (no more full dividend payments between funding and completion), slower transactions (e.g. 4 months on the Southampton property), ever increasing fees (a new “up to” 2% fee added onto the property cost), and less frequent valuations makes this a disappointment all round.

I have been with Property Partner since their first few properties, and have both bought and sold on their platform. They are reliable, pay dividends reliably and have a good range of different properties available. Highly recommended - I am very happy they now have an iOS app.
