How does it work?

1. baseline: You get a comprehensive analysis of your health & performance based on >80 biomarkers + calculation of your biological age.

Simply enter the values of your current blood test and additional body-related values (physiomarkers), many of which you can measure free of charge. We will analyze the values for you and tell you where your weak points are that you should work on as a priority.


If you have already had a blood test, you can either enter the values manually or purchase our digitization service so that we do the entry for you. If you have not yet had a blood test, our blood test guide and blood marker list will help you to select the relevant markers and have them tested. To obtain a value for your BioAge, at least the values contained in the blood marker list under “BioAge Panel” must be included in the test.


In addition, you can enter over 20 physiological markers such as VO2 Max or grip strength, most of which can be measured without expensive equipment (see “Add data point” for more help and tips on measurement). Some of the markers can be read automatically by your wearable.





2. improvement: The aim of this phase is to optimize your biomarkers and reduce your biological age by making targeted improvements to your lifestyle.

To do this, connect your wearable and complete a short survey (check-in) every day if possible.


We calculate your aging rate as a measure of your lifestyle (the lower, the better) and show you where you have the greatest potential for improvement.

You will receive new recommendations every day that offer the greatest potential for reducing your aging rate and optimizing your biomarkers.

You can dispense with daily tracking and recommendations and carry out the improvement on your own. However, it helps many users to have an objective measure of their lifestyle, as our memory often deceives us here.





3. evaluation: re-analyze biomarkers and biological age after about 4-6 months to measure your progress.


Ideally, more of your biomarkers will be optimized and your biological age will be lower.
