The latest version of the app is very slow and laggy. If it wasn’t for the extra discount, I wouldn’t have used the app to purchase. The experience was such a headache.

Items added to the cart cannot be found when you click on the button, it shows only when you add a product

I make an order during the discount period and use the promotion code. But they cancelled my order without any reasons and told me that I can reorder the same product again with original price and with no discount. I have to pay HK$400 more than my original order. You are a dishonest company!

Very clear promotion calculation and error message in basket

The app itself is user friendly fast, and stable, functions and site planning are mature. LookFantastic as a beauty store offers a wide range of product, but some hot selling like the ordinary and NIOD, out of stock quite often just like Boots, but a bit better. Fair price. Just, hoping they will introduce more Japanese skin care and Korean Makeup, and hair dye product as well. As they have more brands concern about the ingredients, safety, and about skin friendly more.

They said there would be discount after downloading the app for the first purchase but the discount code was not working. The entire shopping experience is so frustrating.
