Login doesn’t save and the units can’t be changed

I’m trynna log in I bought the vape I don’t even wanna smoke I need the Bluetooth bro please that mini speaker is literally what I need cuz ima pay yall please log me in on the phone or something I can’t do this please

I keep getting disconnected from my device and login isn’t working

Got logged out just like everyone else and there’s no “forgot password” or “forgot username” option, as well as no customer support. The only customer support option is a sketchy website that says “not secured”. The Bluetooth feature was always messing with my phone when I tried to connect to my car or speaker, and there isn’t even much to do on this product anyway. I probably just won’t buy this product again since I am NOT using my phone number and Apple ID password to login to this sketchy app (since everyone says that’s the solution), and I don’t remember the login that I set up myself. If you bought a product that needs this app to use, either try and return it or just don’t download the app and never buy the product again.

Mines doing the same thing, but every time I do a new account, it logged me in and it saves my old info about my vape about everything in the settings needs to be addressed, but every time I try to login, it won’t let me login but every time I sign in usernames in the same password it will let me go in everyone go try it and see if that helps mines letting me do it and saves the progress weird way of doing things, but at least I figured something out. They do need to fix this and address this. But right now I’m just creating different accounts and it’s saving the so-called information as saved as in a different account

got a really high score on the game 2048. this moment was so exhilarating i had to hit my airfuze. after i hit it and it did the exploding screen i lost all the progress. fix this bug.

Is it possible to reset the app? It logged me out and I cannot remember my password. Please help

Evidently on this app the account number is your phone number and the password is the password to your iPhone account. Before I did that, I figured I would read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. The terms and conditions and the privacy policy are written in Chinese. I can’t read Chinese. So NOPE, not gonna do it. I don’t trust that I have to use my phone number and the password to my iPhone account in order to get in. Sounds to me like a way for someone to get into my phone and either hack it, track it or both. And I certainly can’t trust anything where the terms and conditions and the privacy policy are in Chinese. Nice try guys. There may be some stupid people out there but I ain’t one of them.
