Loopy Pro: Looper DAW Sampler

I use it to quickly capture ideas, build my own interfaces to control the essential parameters of multiple auv3 effects, mix the 8 audio channels of my audio interface and construct and manage effect chains ... it has completely taken over from AUM (which is awesome) and saves me from buying ever more effects pedals. The UI is that good. Love it!!

Amount of work put into it and quality of the app is just amazing.

I was tempted by Logic Pro on iPad but was reluctant about their subscription model. Then I came aware of Loopy Pro which ancestor, Loopy HD I never quite fell into. I was beginning to master AUM but then it was tedious to always have to reedit my settings to get it remotely synced. Loopy Pro can do anything Ableton is said to do, except that its GUI is not rebarbative, and it’s 100% customizable and it’s going to evolve. At this time, I just miss an easy way to send some program changes and other special MIDI codes to specific channels on some hardware multitimbral devices I own. I may use Mozaic until I find out how or it’s implemented by the prolific developer who also quickly answers mails a very nice way. Loopy Pro is the most exciting music app I have ever seen. Thanks to its dev and also JP for his amazing video tutorials.

Great app, very easy to learn. Somewhat lacks midi editing capabilities, especially quantification and midi editor to fix few places here and there. The app is in active development so I hope to see those features in the future

I always waited for a looper like this, for years and years. I use it live and it’s amazing to have the possibilities of loopy pro with me. Great job done Mr. Programmer 👍 Waiting for the next steps 😉

This app is everything. From easy to very complex. I am more on the easy side at the moment. I find personally the GUI very intuitive and very well done.
