Me gustaría que solucionaran el problema de que cada x tiempo el juego se cierra solo o se quede atascado en la pantalla de carga mi dispositivo es un IPad de 9 generación

No es algo común que acostumbro a jugar (lo digo por los diseños y etc como es Epic Seven o Honkai Impact,etc ) pero esta muy bueno me ha llamado el interés y espero que se creen más personajes . Hasta el momento no se me ha cerrado la app y la jugabilidad es buena

아쉬운 점 문의
겨울맞이 보물찾기 이벤트에서 에피소드 진행도 3/4까지만 달성되고, 탐색권을 아무리 많이 돌려도 진행도 완성이 되지 않습니다. 거의 2000탐색권 가까이 돌렸으나 끝내 마지막 에피소드는 등장하지 않네요. 게임 내 확률버그인 듯 하니 빠르게 해결 바랍니다.

인연소환해서 물슈아 떴는데 튕기더니 먹통이 됐어요
자꾸 에러가 나고, 초기화 당해서 열심히 키운 캐릭터들이 사라졌어요!!
게임을 열심히 해서 아이템 가지고, 캐릭터와 아티팩트를 모았는데, 한방에 사라졌어요!! 어떻게 살려주실 수 없나요??!! 다시 노멀 부터 하고 있습니다.ㅠㅠ

과금유도하는 광고 와다다다 띄우지 않지만 게임(ex. 캐릭터 성장)에 필요한 재화를 굉장히 극소량으로 제공합니다 재화수급이 느리니 진행도 느리고 흥미도 점점 하락하네요 빈약한 컨텐츠를 포함한 이런 저런 문제점은 캐릭터나 스토리가 가진 매력 (사실 이게 전부 인 듯) 상쇄할 수 있을 줄 알았는데..... 최근 회사에서 출시한 다른 게임의 마케팅과 그에 따른 변명을 보아하니 더 이상 기대할 만한 운영을 보여줄 것 같진 않네요
