I have never ever had so much difficulty obtaining tickets that I have purchased with any other organisation than I have with Lords and this app. Why on earth can’t you just email tickets when they are purchased?

I’m not even that old but found the size of the text too small in the app when signing up. It’s also not the most legible of fonts, particularly the numbers. Would think a more accessible font and bigger pt size would be appreciated by many people.

Why!??

While other grounds seem to have managed to implement apps efficiently which work all the time, the Lords app is a disaster. Sent 6, 4 worked 2didnt. After resending no success at all. Whoever designed and implemented this needs to be fired.

I’m afraid that I think the new system for allocation is seats is simply appalling. I am a Full member and did not receive any tickets in the ballot for Sri Lanka. My daughter (Assoc ) did and my son (Assoc) did. The method of retrieving them is extremely confusing. Not impressed at all. Half the point of being a member is to bring friends and family but there are far too many members now. This is the worst method of allocation and desperately needs revising

Ordered tickets via App in January 2024. Still no bar code showing with 10 days to go to the relevant Test Match. Abysmal
