Beautiful quality of cover, cusion, and bumper. They wash and ware great. This sliding door crate is a simple design, just common sense. No more catching your legs on an open door pen. The strength in the making of these pens is the best. I’ve had three of these sliding door pens now because they are great, and my dogs will go into them when they want. Perfect app to buy for your little ones. I only wish I could zoom but other than that is lovely to use… super easy to checkout, you can use Apple Pay or buy now pay later options in addition to the regular card payments, that’s my favourite feature

You get a lot more information on the website for a lot of the items than found on the app. The app is reasonably easy to navigate and use. Worked well and no issues placing an order.

It appears that they are mutually exclusive.

Really annoying, that I my re-fund had to be approved and I had to pay extra if it was over the size

Would not allow me to pay with discount applied, only way to pay was by using Apple Pay and without discount. Shame really as the App and website both had the same issue!!!

Lords and Labradors always have lots of interesting and unusual equipment and toys for my Labrador! Have been a customer for 3 years and never have been disappointed!

Scrolling and selecting some options don’t always seem to work on the website but good on the app. Easy to use but would be better to enter discount codes at the start of the order as it’s not clear whether you will be able to enter a code - it’s on the last page of paying so don’t miss it! Good selection of products but missing car belt clips, only one large harness. Several spelling mistakes too if you’re picky!
