Playback freezes
Every time i try to watch a play back it freezes and then plays back the same thing 3 times then starts it over from the beginning of the time so annoying

Now’s it’s been 7 months and still no update! Why will you not fix this app?
My app worked fine and it looks like they did an update and now my cameras won’t load. I see the names of the cameras and the times but no video, just black screens.
FLIR Cloud worked perfectly. Now obsolete but this replacement app is a disaster. It had trouble reading the QR code. Finally read it but now it will not connect to the 4K NVR. Tried turning off the NVR and back on but that doesn’t work. This app needs a major overhaul. In the meantime use DMSS it worked PERFECTLY. PS. LOREX fix your app. It Has horrible ratings in the App Store and I shouldn’t have to call Tech Support to get your poorly performing app to work.
Half-baked app. Feels like something written over a spare weekend. It’s a shame the Lorex apps are so bad because the cameras are good.
I previously had this app on my android phone and it worked fine. However, when I got an iPhone and downloaded the app to the iPhone, the cameras are always stuck in loading! Never works! It worked on the android version but not the iPhone version. Insane because the Lorex system cost $600! Might have just purchased a Ring camera instead!
Aspect Ratio Issues: If you look at live camera in portrait mode and then rotate your phone (iPhone in this case) to landscape mode and back the aspect ratio stays in landscape mode and is hard to see all the frames. You have to restart the app to fix the problem.
Push notifications are not working again. I toggled the push notifications off then back on and I am still not receiving the push notifications. This is the same issue that I had about a year ago prior to an app update. I am confused why after all this time a patch has not been created to allow the NVRs that only connected to the Lorex Cloud app be able to connect to the Lorex Home app. That app seems to be more user friendly and updated regularly. I purchased this system for security. I can't receive push notifications I am not getting what I paid for.
Live video is very slow to display. Desktop version for Mac is very fast to load live video. If you want to check what is happening, you will wait for a few minutes before it connects but sometimes it doesn’t connect either, which you then have to try again. Last build was 04/2023! How can there be updates to new OS version and new iPhone 16 when there hasn’t been a build since 2023?
I’ve had this app for sometime with my camera system & it’s unreliable. Often times I can’t even get the app to load my cameras so it’s pointless. This needs to be looked into & a solution is needed.
