Amazing!
This was my first time using this app and I luv it! 30 days ago I was about 162 lbs. I hated my body and thought I would never like it again. But I started losing more and more weight after the first week. I can now where my bikini and feel confident and proud in my own skin.
Going to make you keep going
This app i was unsure if it will work but itʻs amazing. It makes me wanna keep going and i losed 3 pounds on day 7. Overall this app is worth it. Also of you have a hard time workouting daily, app tracks ot for you and everything. You can choose easy, medium or hard workouts thatnbest fits you.
It Works IF You Do The Work!
The exercises absolutely work, you just have to do each exercise for each day no skipping or cheating!! I already lost one pants size in two weeks.
Affordability
I recall using this app in the past & was able to get the full 30 days free of charge. I’ve noticed a trend recently however, where you get maybe the 1st 2 days free & by day 3 you’re prompted to pay for a sub. As someone who has limited income (on disability). I can barely afford groceries, much less pay for an expensive app subscription. I just wish these companies were more straightforward about their policies.
