So at first I thought this app was free I saw the reviews on this app and I was like wow ok this is free I will get it because why not and I did the first exercise and it was ok and I did the first exercise over and over again but when I did like my 5 round of the first exercise it tell me I have to PAY!!!. I was so sad about this because I can’t find any other app in the App Store that’s like this and I think this app should be free because like if you can’t go to the gym this is perfect. And LIKE 4.99 a month sorry iam not doing that iam 124 pounds and I thought this was a good app but I guess not. if you are thinking to get this app please don’t if you do not want to pay. In my experience in this app is like so terrible if you willing to pay for this app it’s ok but to be honest I hate this app please make it free😡😡😡

Volume control not adjustable(!). If you live with anyone else, they'll be stuck listening to set counting, which plays at full volume even when your phone's volume is set to low or off. Exercises are fine but I can't use this because it disturbs those I live with.

so the #1 reason i suggest this for is because it’s free!! that’s the biggest thing that most people, including myself look for in a weight loosing app. i just got this app today. the workouts are around 5-10 minutes and are easy for beginners. i am an overweight teenager and this app is definitely going to help me. it has a diet for you to help with your journey of weight loss and if you are vegetarian you can select a button so that the diet is fit to a vegetarian diet. but overall, it s a great app and i recommend it!
