This is my first time writing an review for a work out app and I got to say this app is easy to use,it’s not hard and the workouts are easy to follow I totally recommend (coming from a 16yrd old )

I’m starting with five stars and I will deduct points if it’s not free or if it’s not that interesting etc I will come back after a week i will come back (2 seconds later) I got my plan and it’s not free like how tiktok said DONT download without being able to pay
