They have two packages: beta and premium. I bought the beta package, and the premium package was charged automatically. But when I filed a claim for the premium package, it was rejected. The experience was very bad.

Should advertise as subscription required instead of having to do a long, tedious questionnaire only to find out you have to subscribe
Very good but still need to be improved
I can not change my associated email and password directly through the Lose it app. I use IOS 15.4.
Great but sometimes errors
This app helps me tracking my diet. However, there are errors related to “update” or sth which is annoying sometimes. 😊
