مستوي الاخصائيين ليس متساو فمنهم من عنده جدية ومصداقية في الجلسات للدعم ومنهم من يريد انهاء الجلسة بأي شكل ليتم احتساب الجلسة لصالحه فقط كما ان يقولون ان الخطة العلاجية ستحقق النتيجة وان اللثغة سيتم معالجتها تماما بعد الاشتراك في البريميوم ولكن هذا ليس صحيح والخطة العلاجية الموضوعة لم تحقق النتيجة المرجوة
