Each time I am trying to place the order an error message pops up as “unable to process your request at this moment”. I am trying from last 3 days and same message pops up every time I try to buy or try to include the item in my cart.
Best app to use
One of the worst app you can find. I had been following up for the change of contact number several times but no one is bothered to resolve the issue except apologising and giving the time. I have lost all the points I had accumulated God save the world
Very exiting collection & offers in the app.
I tried to exchange the shirt, app placed 32 exchange orders, all cancelled again. Everyday they placing exchanged sirt order and cancelling. The brand is good but app have full of issues, i am waiting for my exchanged shirt from last 10 days. Support also bad, i scared to order more shirts.

Over the years, I have invested significantly in Louis Philippe clothing, with approximately 90% of my wardrobe consisting of your products. The durability and quality of your clothing have always been exemplary, evident in a pair of jeans I purchased nearly a decade ago that still maintains its integrity. However, my recent experience has been disheartening. In August 2022, I purchased a pair of jeans through the Louis Philippe website, expecting the same level of quality and durability I have come to associate with your brand. To my dismay, the jeans began showing signs of wear and tear within just a few months or at least a few wears, and yesterday, on its fourth use, it tore at multiple places. When I reached out to your customer care team for assistance, I was informed that the company's policy only covers defects for a limited period of six months. This response was not only unsatisfactory but also left me feeling betrayed as a long-time loyal customer. I have attached photos of the damaged jeans for your reference. As someone who has been dedicated to Louis Philippe for so many years, I did not anticipate such a dismissive and rigid response. It is disconcerting to think that the online platform might be used to offload subpar or old stock onto loyal customers.
The payment was successful via UPI and I was surprised that the payment pending page did not close at all after the time designated to it. Still in My Order section it says Payment pending.
I am unable to redeem my 1000 loyalty points at the time of Payment. Reported the same issue to customer care a long ago but still no solution is provided for the issue. What are the App Developers and QA team doing. Working like a Thela it seems!!!
