This app does not log times or activities consecutively and it is not at all user friendly. You’ll be wasting your time. Find another app PLEASE!!!!!

The app is a bit complicated to use. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to add basic information like when my baby ended her night or when she woke up after being put down. Maybe a tutorial walking through the details could help.

The Lovebug app is a lifesaver for new parents! Its user-friendly sleep tracking and helpful advice improved our baby's sleep routine immensely. A must-have app!

My original review is below. I had success with the app during its earlier days but now that it has been around for a few years the developers seem to have all but abandoned it. I have requested support on two different occasions. The first is mentioned below, when the app stopped updating after my son turned 15 months. Never got a reply after their initial response. The second request for support was after the recent app update where they added dark mode. The app stopped working entirely across multiple devices. I contacted the company and got no response. I used to have a $20/month subscription but it’s canceled now and the app deleted. Developers seem to have moved on from Lovebug to focus on other endeavors. It doesn’t feel like it’s anyone’s priority anymore, as is obvious from the lack of support or social media presence. It’s really unfortunate, because it was a good product with good potential for growth. —- This app helped me figure out sleep for my first born. When I had my son I knew generally how to help him sleep and the number of hours of overall sleep to aim for based on his age, but I still struggled. This app connected all the dots, I watched every lesson, and my little one has a solid nap schedule and bedtime routine unlike a lot of other infants/toddlers I would read or hear about. The problem came at 15 months. Despite continuing to pay for the premium service ($19.99/mo), and it app supposedly being set up to continue until the child is 2, the app stopped providing guidance and stopped explaining anything. No lessons after 15 months. Also, despite my little one still requiring 2-3 hours of naptime, the app started cutting the time short without explanation. I contacted Support and I received an immediate reply acknowledging my email, which I now suspect was an automated message. No one ever followed up with me so I replied back saying I still needed help. Again, nothing. So I have reduced my subscription down to the $2.99/month and will likely just cancel altogether because I’m not getting anything from it at this point. I checked social media for Lovebug and nothing has been posted since 2022. I suspect there isn’t a lot going on in the background anymore. I would have given 5 stars if not for the lack of customer service. At least I have benefited from it for this long. I feel for people just joining who need tech support.

Basically all the same good stuff others say. We have it on an old phone of ours that goes with her if she’s getting babysat and her sitters love it bc the answers are all right there for what she needs or why she’s fussing. I didn’t do 5 stars just because I wish it would take into account vaccines and how that can affect their sleep. It lets you enter them and everything but I wish it would acknowledge their affects.

I want to like this app but it’s features are not user friendly at all. It makes it difficult to log sleep sessions when it keeps trying to go to the previous day, and it also keeps telling me I have a session running but I can’t figure out where. Not sure if I will keep this app or not.

I was recommended this app by a friend. Although there’s an option to go by wake windows, the app is consistently off by 15 - 30min. What’s worse, the feeding times are off by hours. My LO is mostly EBF and still feeds every two hours. Imbut every morning it will say, the next feeding is 3.5 hours later, even though I’ve set it to ever my two hours. I’ve been using for about 2 weeks. I’ll give it another week before deleting it.

This app has great potential but unfortunately just doesn’t work. It doesn’t calculate durations correctly for sleep. It glitches out and assigns events to the wrong day of the week. It also sorts the activities in random order and doesn’t allow the user to sort chronologically. This app needs serious improvement, I do not recommend it.

My son is 9 months old and we decided to give sleep training a shot! I was always hesitant because I was nervous of the lack of support. This app helped me feel supported, the videos/lessons themselves answered many of the questions I had and meeting Jenica during our video call really solidified the quality of support I was receiving. I have recommended this app to many friends and will continue to do so! We are sleeping through the night, for the first time in 9 months and my entire household is happier and healthier. Thank you so so much!

Lovebug app makes scheduling of sleep and naps so easy even when baby has hard days. The videos that match up with baby and parent needs were so helpful and appreciated Jenica’s compassionate and supportive tone in her video lessons. Many thanks for making this app for parents like me who are learning about baby sleep development!
