While not using it and the toy is off I have to manually turn the toy off on the app otherwise it DRAINS my battery.

This brand makes too much income to be this OFF POINT with technology that continuously disconnects especially while you’re online working! Please put in more effort to update this app and make sure it’s working with the sites and models that keep your lights on

Won’t stay connected but sometimes it does. Don’t understand why and can’t fix it. Complete waste of my money and time. Don’t buy any of these products if you are a cammer it will only infuriate you.

I wake up super early to be dealing with the connection issues the entire time that I plan on streaming. Imagine trying to not hear about this in the other side. All I do is complain about how it’s not working.

Where can I find the QR code to finish the connection process?

The amount of money we spend on your products it really needs to work properly. I lost count of how many times i restarted my lush & refreshed the app. I wish i can get a refund.

It’s so hard to get this toy to connect. I use it for work as a webcam model and it’s so frustrating because the toy isn’t cheap. It said I needed an update on my computer. I updated and it messed everything up. I don’t know what the issue is now. Such an annoyance

What a waste of time and money! Directions unclear, I was excited thinking this would be a fairly simple set up...but no. It worked very briefly and hasn’t worked for days upon days. I tried charging it, and yes I have the extension, browser etc. Nothing works! They should have a 1800-number at the very least, but I’m sure they would be swarmed with unhappy customers.
