Been using this app for a few weeks now, and unless you’re will you pay for the upgrade to VIP, you can’t read messages or see who visited your profile. This makes it impossible to talk to anyone (unless the other person is a VIP) I’ve personally had a few messages from people but unfortunately I’m unable to read it... so essentially I’ve possibly lost out on a potential relationship. Like most things in life, there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch. Basically if you don’t pay up this app is pretty much useless.

On hinge and some other dating apps, you swipe left and you will never see that profile again. That’s a very useful feature. I only want to see new faces and the ones I am interested in. Please add feature to allow user to hide or bypass profiles. If I bypass or hide a profile, you shouldn’t show it to me until I unhide it. Also please increase the limit for the blacklist.

我在这个App上遇到了一些情感操控的行为，当时情绪反应很大着急与那个用户沟通的时候看到App弹出广告说购买VIP就可以随意通话聊天，结果买了VIP后变成了必须有聊天记录才能打电话。我当时质问客服为何与广告不符，并解释我与此人聊过，只是我删除了带聊天记录的旧帐号。结果客服说他们有义务在别人不想与我沟通时防止骚扰行为。这种通过攻击用户试图骚扰，来粉饰自己虚假广告的行为，让我很生气，况且也无法想象网站拿用户感情的软肋当把柄，毕竟相亲网站上这是用户的核心利益。我也因此意识到他们在查看我的私聊记录，会判断对方是否愿意接我电话，还能精准知道我软肋。///。我后来在另一相亲app上遇到了同一个人，对方的解释是有麻烦的事情，顾不上看我消息，并未有反感我联络的表示。此前我已被红叶永久封禁，是选择性执法，也不知是否与我投诉该App的虚假vip宣传（远不止通话功能一项，最严重的比如“消息已读”功能没开发完就上线要求收费才能使用了）并申请了退费有关。比如，理由之一是我重复注册帐号，而我前面提到的很长时间之前与客服聊天中，我以为不知道这个规则，直接跟客服提到过自己注册多个账号，客服视而不见甚至没有给过任何警告，还在回答我别的问题。///。在新的相亲App遇到同一人之前，我也曾反复尝试与他们和解，好拿回注册权限联络这个人，他们甚至颇有些沾沾自喜“就欺负你一个人也没多大损失”那样。///。他们对我被封禁的标记如果有造成我声誉影响，我保留连同造成的emotional distress一并起诉的权力。

When you paid for VIP you can not get the coins anymore.

These guys are losers. I joined the dating site and I was asked to verify my email, phone number, location and face with a pose given. I did everything perfectly and I was ask to pay for months subscription before I can be able to send/reply messages and after payment I couldn't send/reply messages. I reached out to support to know the reasons behind it and they blocked me. Don't waste your time and money with this stupid app. They are swindlers sending automated messages. Sick idiots!
