Can’t connect to backpack anymore after it’s latest update. Was working fine now it’s saying Bluetooth unsupported

I keep trying to connect my led panel and it can’t find my device

I would like to see different flags from different countries if that’s possible like Dominican Republic

If you have a device that uses your his App you don’t have much choice. There’s LED Space and it’s sister LOY Space. Overall LOY is better, but LED is better for text since it allows smaller font sizes and support several fonts. LOY only has one font. At least for iPhone I have determined the most common sources of problems (WiFi devices). This advice applies to both programs. 1) To connect you you must allow access to precise location. Settings/privacy/location services. Set to ON. 2) You must disable private address. Settings/WiFi select the device’s WiFi (should start with YS).If not yet connected enter password (probably 12345678 by default). Click the info button. Set private address to OFF. 3) The manufacturer recommend a USB charger or power bank capable of 2 amps. It seems to work with lower amp supplies, but that could be a source of instability. Both programs offer a massive and not very organized library of images and GIF animations. However many of these are incompatible with my 64x64 device. There are many 64x64 images and GIFs online. And you can rescale larger images to 64x64. That seems to work well. If you truly prefer to use their images I recommend you use LOY space instead. Overall it works better as long as you are not entering text which is its weak point. The two programs do not coexist very well, with images uploaded from one not showing up when the other program is run, so ideally stick with one or the other.

Whenever I download something it takes 30 minutes or longer so maybe improve the download speed and also whenever I download something and turn the bag off and back on and go into the app to change it all the stuff I downloaded auto deletes it self

Under the download tap it’s a search bar but anything I search , nothing pops up. I notice under the “popularity” tab it’s a clown but why doesn’t anything at all pop up if I search clown or anything else?

Every time I go to connect my book bag to my phone it doesn’t work. I tried resetting the app and my phone but nothing works and my book bag keeps looping in one animation.

Took me hours longer to load this device up with gifs because it just hangs half the time. Sometimes it gives me a prompt to compress but with no info about what gifs need to be compressed to. Other times it gives me a message in Chinese with a message that says “token”. I also don’t know if that’s the reason it hangs. I have to restart the app four or five, or sometimes more, to get it to load something. The program doesn’t allow rearranging, it just randomly does it itself sometimes. There should be multiple programs so you can have different themes. Would like to know how much is the limit for loads too. About half the time you adjust the length of time for an animation to play, it reverts to the standard 8 seconds. Lastly when playing the program, meaning all animations shuffled, it doesn’t show the right image that is playing on the app so I have no idea what’s happening without getting out of my car. Would love some kind of indicator on the back to let you know what number animation it is on, but this is an Alibaba product so there’s no knowing who actually makes these and is white labeling them.

I realize this is a new app. The good news is that it’s functional and does everything it has to without major issues. The bad news is that it needs a lot of polish and improvements. Recommendations: -Allow rearranging program list, -allow adjusting program settings while uploading, -speed up uploading time, -remove “enter now” button on app launch, -fix “follow system” system skin mode, -fix firmware update screen on LED panel to display English when that is the selected language, -add a “screen on timer” to display how long the screen has been turned on, -remove tile shadows to improve tile graphical appearance. This would be a good start.
