Loyverse POS - Point of Sale

Bare bones and only pay for the features you might need! For my small business it’s perfect and in the future I might take advantage of the some of the paid extras.

I cannot say enough good things about this program. It was easy to set up, and it’s easy to maintain. It connected with my Bluetooth pos gun and printer immediately without issues. Best of all, it’s free with no gimmicks, no ads, just free.

OK app. Needs a lot of improvement. - cannot add customers address. - cannot customize sales date to a previous date. - some other POS apps provide better user interface and simplicity. - not enough unit of measure options.

Let me explain to you why (to me), this app deserves 0 stars. It claims to be a “Mobile POS system”, so I thought I’ll give it a try, because I’m a mobile tech. After playing around with it for half an hour and adding a range of products to the system, I tried adding my first customer, and to my shock and disappointment, there’s no way to attribute an address to the customer!!! Are you serious?? This is quite literally the single most important piece of information for me. It’s actually more important than the customer’s name! How can you possibly omit this? You’ve effectively eliminated everyone in the service industry! Because when you spend your entire day going from house to house, the address is kind of important. So to me, unfortunately this killed the entire app and rendered it useless. You may argue that I can just add it to the customer file in the “Notes” section. But what good is it if I can’t search for the address in the database?

Finally a solution that doesn’t leave you lost in a steep learning curve. Got up and running as soon as I finished entering items. Clean look and feel and intuitive design makes it something that is not a pain every time i think about looking at the screen. I’ve seen A LOT of super ugly and clumsy systems. This one is in the top level

We are really liking the Loyverse program. Enough details and not too overwhelming.

Facile à comprendre et travailler. J'aurais bien donné 5 étoiles mais le programme néglige certains aspects dont : - Le pourcentage de loyauté inclus la taxe. Au Québec nous chargeons 15% de taxes sur les produits et services ce qui augmente de beaucoup le % de loyauté. J'ai tout essayé pour en arrivé à un % ferme peut importe le montant de la facture et c'est impossible....serait-il possible d'avoir l'option d'inclure ou non la ou les taxes dans le % de loyauté? Ou d'avoir l'option $ ou points accumulés au programme de loyauté (toujours indépendant des taxes bien sûr? - J'ai acheté une imprimante à thermique pour reçus en suivant la liste proposée dans votre application. J'ai acheté une Epson TM-T20II...il faudrait mettre votre liste à jour car les TM-T20II maintenant vendus ne peuvent pas se connecter par ethernet et surtout ne peuvent pas avoir d'adresse IP...la bonne référence serait: "Epson TM-T20II Ethernet Plus". Il m'a coûté près de 300$ et beaucoup de recherche pour des interfaces et adapteurs sans succès pour en faire la découverte. - Dernière suggestion, lors d'un retour d'article, il serait bien que l'application nous demande si on veut rajouter cet article dans l'inventaire pour éviter un oublie d'ajout à l'inventaire.
