LP Adjustable Bed Control

I have used the prodigy 2 app for years with no problem and it worked fine then yesterday it completely stopped working. Had to download this new app and it does not work. Had to reset it and unplugged it twice before I finally was able to get it to connect to Bluetooth on my iPhone, but the app will not recognize it even though it is showing up in Bluetooth connected on iPhone. Total garbage as I can see from the other reviews. Can you at least bring back Prodigy 2 so we have something that at least works?!

Was hopeful this would be an improvement on the last app for my Prodigy 2 bed. Cant even get it to recognize my bed, despite trying all the scant troubleshooting guidance. So very disappointed with L&G’s mobile apps - especially as it was a big factor in my buying decision AND because the original remotes have crapped out entirely.

Can’t find my bed I still log into prodigy it prompt to download this mess I cancel and prodigy works fine.

Worst app ever. It’s now bugging out my old app with the constant message “get the new app”. No! I tried and it’s junk. Won’t connect to my bed after several tries. Stop making the message appear on my old app.

Latest update made worse an already awful design. Seems like it wasn’t tested on smaller screens (iPhone SE 2nd Gen.) because buttons overlap. Hate how easy it is to accidentally save a position - that shouldn’t be such an easily accessible option. I’m using this app because the alternatives were even worse when I got my bed but I’m going to give them another try.

prodigy 2 keeps pushing us to this app, but this app doesnt work. l&p ultra -does- work (the ui looks exactly like the remote control) but this one does not - it never connects to either bed regardless of pairing mode or bluetooth connect state in settings or restarting the app (and making sure the other l&p apps are not running)

I downloaded this app. Supposed to be vs 1.4 but I got 1.0. The blue tooth symbol in the R/H corner is red and stay red even after following 3 of their 4 step troubleshooting guide. Step 4 was to call them. My older iPhone app (Prodigy 2) still connects and works. After 1/2 hour on hold I gave up. I won’t even give this crap a half star. I’m using an iPhone 12max running 16.4.1.

I tried it and it’s a BIG FAIL. Will not find my bed. Open Prodigy and no problem. Deleting….

This app will not not connect nor find my bed. Before the forced update my bed was connected and now it says it isn’t discoverable and I need to forget the device.

They push this new app but it won’t add bed via Bluetooth. I got an email about my review from them and they asked I call for help. So I called twice. Each time I was on hold for over 60 minutes waiting for someone to answer. So I decided to give up on calling and sent them an email requesting help over 1 month ago. Still no response! Meanwhile I keep getting asked to upgrade to new app that doesn’t work.
