If you have login issues delete the app and re-install it. That worked for me, still took some time to load.

This app was clearly thrown together by the lowest possible bidder. It’s riddled with bugs and “unknown errors”. Can’t login, can’t use it at all. Rethink, re-hire. Start over.

Haven’t been able to login to the app in months. Can login using the email and password online.

I have been a member for several years and the app continues to disappoint. Constantly the app has errors and will not allow you to make purchases such as gift cards or reservations with no explanation as to what the error is. Several times the app will not even load or pull up in the restaurant so that you can get your member number to earn your points.

I’m not sure why Landrys does a customer satisfaction and Survey when I really don’t think you care about what we say

The app should be notifying me when I have points that are going to expire. But it doesn’t. That’s a fatal flaw and is unforgivable.

Can’t login through the app but can on your website.

I can’t read my card number anymore and love the app.

My password works on the website but not the app, please fix this!
