Can’t get any help. Can’t get cameras on the app for a month now. Can’t get anyone to call us back.

Great system and great support!

The app needs an update. All cameras show as offline even though they work just fine.

Overall it functions well, but a major flaw is that when u do playback on one camera the playback time doesn’t apply to my other cameras- so I have do a separate search on each camera.

Is there a new update?

We have several buildings, all have LTS cameras. It’s about 100 cameras between all of them so far. The cameras have been handling the outdoors well, and only a few cameras have been defective within 1-2 years of install (ironically they were installed indoors) and we had to change them out. The rest we upgraded by choice (over the years from 2’s to 4’s, and then to 8’s etc..). The video and sound quality from the 8’s is amazing. We have a great security company that has run all the wires and they easily change out the cameras when we upgrade. So why the 1 star? Because any time there’s an incident, I can never playback from my iPhone. Can you imagine the stress when the alarms go off in the middle of the night and I have to drive an hour to the property? In 2024 it should at least work. (I have 1 gig internet at home so it’s not the bandwidth, and I’ve tried viewing playback from the app from many different locations and still suffer the same issue). I can watch live feed .. just not playback. If the app lets me playback, let’s say an incident happened at 3am, maybe I can playback at midnight or 1am.. but not the time I need.. If I scroll to the times I need say 3:05am, the video just endlessly buffers with dumb unavailable error messages.. it is SO frustrating.. do I dispatch police? Do I place myself in danger by going there? Do I lose a night’s sleep driving an hour to and from the building? All because it might be serious or it could be a bird setting off the motion sensors.. So we’re currently constructing a new building, and I’m going to use whichever cameras have an iPhone app that works best. Then once those cameras are proven to work, I’ll be changing out and selling all my LTS cameras. ETA of completion is August 2024, if this LTS app starts to work before then, I’ll remove this 1 Star review and stay with LTS.

Hello, I have been trying to reach someone with your company to help assist me with getting all of my cameras up and running. I’ve been trying to reach someone for approximately four months. No one returns my calls or emails me back or respond to me if you would like to try again, 703-899-6324.

After last update every night at midnight my notifications turn themselves off. I have to reclick the bell every day. Huge security flaw

Seems notifications on iPhone work again.

I saw another user reported that push notifications stopped working on Friday (5/10/24). I can also report that I am experiencing this and hope this can get corrected in the very near term.
