LTSSMaryland EVV is the Maryland Department of Health's (MDH) Electronic Visit Verification system for verifying home and community based service delivery. This HIPAA compliant application allows providers to use their own smartphones to submit service records directly to the state in real time, offering a fast and convenient method to ensure that recipients are getting their correct authorized services.

LTSSMaryland EVV meets the 21st Century Cures Act requirements by recording the type of service performed, individual receiving the service, date of service, location of service delivery, individual providing the service, and service start and end time. The system offers a method for MDH to continue its mission to promote and improve the health and safety of all Marylanders through disease prevention, access to care, quality management, and community engagement.

App doesn’t work

I had this app on my iPhone 13 and it worked. Just upgraded to a 15 and now the app doesn’t let me log in. Idek why it’s available if it just simply doesn’t work

Horrible!!!

This app fails on all levels It does not work- ever-at all!!!

If I could give a negative 100 I would. For my job we are required to log into this app everyday and every single day it won’t work. Doesn’t matter how many times I log in and out or delete the app and re-add it. It will not let me scroll on the app so it’s worthless and this is how we are supposed to be paid? How can anyone be paid when the app never ever works?

I do not think I should have to use my data on my phone to log into this program. To help this program, it would be good if you could at least save your login name. I would love to be able to save my password since it’s 14 and I do not have a huge iPhone so I am variably pushed the wrong button. I really do hate this program and I do not enjoy attempting to clock in three times before I actually get in. Should not be this way Please help! I’m sure this review doesn’t do any good but I’m trying RNM

A real nuisance

Every time I go to use this it suddenly doesn’t recognize me and gives me the biggest issue. I’m over this app
