I just wish the video kept playing

I haven’t got to completely listen to the audio because every few seconds while I’m trying to fall asleep listening to the audio, my phone shuts off and the video stops playing, can you make it to where the video keeps playing even after your phone turns off?

Recalled dream after first use

I’ve been trying to lucid dream for about six months, without any success. In fact, I have a difficult time even remembering my dreams. Case in point, I can count on one hand how many dreams I’ve recalled since working on this endeavor. Prior to this, I recalled on average one dream, if that, per year. I downloaded this app after waking up at 5am unable to sleep and immediately had a dream. I fell asleep listening to the short induction/ending in sleep track. Although not lucid, it was vivid and I remembered it upon waking up (a small miracle!) so I was able to journal about it. I’m hopeful that this is the first of many dreams I’m able to recall and that I’ll be able to lucid dream soon.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this app, but it hasn’t been updated in forever & is now completely incompatible with iOS 13.

Have been trying this app for months. No changes to my dreaming. Also, no blutooth support?

Yes and No

Yes, this app will put you to sleep but no, it will not initiate LUCID DREAMS. I got the app so that I could have LUCID DREAMS. After a week or so of using the app I still wasn't having LUCID DREAMS but I was falling asleep. This app is great for putting a person to sleep but not for initiating LUCID Dreams. If you want to have LUCID DREAMS this is what has worked me for me WITHOUT FAIL. A banana and a cup of unsweetened chamomile tea. You don't have to eat the whole banana, just a quarter of it or a third. Do this within an hour of going to bed. My dreams have been so real, I didn't realize I was sleeping until after I woke up. I am attempting to look for clues in the LD that will cue my dream self that I am dreaming. Then I will be able to "develop" the dream the way I choose to develop it. The LD's seem short. I am researching ways to extend the length of the dreams in a natural and safe way.
