By the time the app wakes up I’ve pushed the button on my trunk manually. And everything else. Hoping for major improvement soon.

Slow to open the car, hanging a lot Disappointed

Every time I open up the app, it says “data sharing is disabled“. I enable data sharing in the car, but I am never able to do anything with the app. Always greeted with the “data sharing is disabled” message. I have tried multiple different iPhones. I have even tried an android device and they all say the same thing. When I switch off data sharing in the car, I get the alert the data sharing has been switched off, which tells me the car does communicate with the servers. I have tried resetting the car with the air logo, I have tried formatting the car to a factory reset , I have tried signing into an out of the car, I have tried signing into an out of the devices, I have even deleted the app. Service center was given a call and they sent a mobile service Man. He was unable to get the car working in the app. this has something to do internally with the way lucid authenticates. Switching on data sharing in the car does not reflect in the servers and subsequently does not reflect in the app. $100,000 car and I can’t do anything with the app nor can anybody help it’s ridiculous.

The car is just as frustrating as the app.. good idea with bad execution !!! The app spins and spins and many times takes 10 minutes plus to connect to the car….the car drives great but the electronics from the fob to the satellite connection are below average They just frustrate drivers If I could give the car back to them now I would Worst decision I ever made was to lease a lucid

I am glad to see that the app, though has very limited functionality compared to other Mobile apps from EV makers, it does work mostly. I also like the options of the nicely designed widgets offered with this.

Since the last in car update, the app does not wake the car. The app does nothing. I can’t remotely warm the car. Please fix. Usually the app is fairly decent - not great (missing functionality and used to clock when trying to unlock the car with app) but decent.

Widget no longer “sees” my Air GT. App works fine once it makes a connection. Moreover, the widget randomly disappears from my screen. I am unable to choose my car from the widget screen. The “choose” button does nothing but when I click on the widget it brings up the app and shows me my car. Tired of having had to pay a lot of money to be a beta tester of their car and other technology only to have 40-45% depreciation after owning the car for a bit more than one year with only 5k miles on it. Beautiful car. Amazing car, when it works without the gremlins. Need better QA and testing before deployment.

App is fine, very slow compared to Tesla. Biggest complaint is the widget keeps disappearing from Home Screen.

I’ve had to re-install the app daily for weeks now. When widget is on home screen it’s blank. For weeks …..

The widget keeps disappearing from one of my home page stacks. I’ve added it a couple times now but it never stays. Very annoying as it was helpful keeping it in my stack with my maps and related travel widgets.
