LucidX - Lucid Dreams

This is a decent app that could be great with a few changes. The design is good. A short tutorial would be nice to get the feel of the app, but overall it’s not too hard to figure out what the goal of the app is. As more and more people are interested in lucid dreaming, apps like this could be the bridge to getting there.

This app has been absolutely amazing! It automatically pushed notifications to my Apple Watch and gives me constant reminders to do my reality checks! So easy to set up and even easier to follow. Along with the ease of use, it’s also fun that the app gives different challenges throughout the day to test if your dreaming or not. It only took 1.5 weeks for my dreams to start acknowledging lucidity and reality checks to make their ways into my dreams. I highly recommend using this app along with your dream journaling practice to get you where you want to be!

i’m so confused on how this app works

Seriously how am I supposed to use this? I see a timer a daytime and nighttime button and when I tap on the timer it brings me to a list of options. None of which help me or serve any real purpose.
