Love this app and phone plan, barely any issues, my data usually works great and I had an issue with top up 1 time, they compensated me for it and added data to my plan, amazing!

the app is simple and easy to use. the only issue is when you get a bonus with automatic payment the app is not able to shown total data use, although it is tracking individual data usage. I called many times and it seems Lucky is aware but do not have any plans to resolve it. I was advised to use my own phone to track it.

Extremely disappointed. Once you join, they won’t let you switching to another carrier. You can’t find the account number from this application.

App is always saying “technical difficulties” and won’t allow me to pay my phone bill.

For some reason my monthly top up never works and I have to come in and manually upload the funds using the same card that is already on file it makes no sense.

Cheapest and most strategic company.

Can’t process my payment
